Danny Ray Horner, 41, of Texas, passed away on November 15,2025. Born on May 18,1984, in Houston, Texas, Danny lived a life defined by love, loyalty, service, and joy. To know Danny was to love him, his presence filled every room, his laugh was unforgettable, and his heart was one of the biggest and kindest.
Danny was a proud Air Force veteran, a dedicated business owner, and a true family man. His wife, Diedre, his children Blaine, Kierstin, Faith, and Noah, and his best dog Rowdy Ray were the absolute center of his world. He poured his entire heart into being a father, a husband, and a protector. Whether cheering from the stands as a football dad or sitting front row at dance competitions, Danny showed up loud, proud, and full of love.
He was also the biggest Arkansas Razorback fan, supporting his team with unmatched enthusiasm. His energy, humor, and loyalty made him the life of the party, and his fierce love for others made him someone you could always count on. There wasn't a person around who didn't love Danny; his kindness and generosity left a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Danny is survived by his parents, Zann and Ray Horner; his wife, Diedre Horner; his children, Blaine, Kierstin, Faith, and Noah; and his siblings, Jackie, Ashley, Chelsea, and BillyJoe. He is also loved and remembered by 14 nieces and nephews and 5 great-nieces and great-nephews.
A celebration of Danny's life will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at The Connection Church, located at 1235 South Loop 4, Buda, TX 78610. Services will be officiated by Pastor Rowdy Lind. Danny will be honored for the incredible life he lived and the immeasurable love he leaves behind.
Danny's absence will be felt deeply, but his legacy his laughter, his loyalty, his love will continue to live on through his family, his friends, and every life he touched.
