Survived by kid Jennifer Pepper of Hubert, Nc. David Fouts of Cummings,Georgia. Sara Fouts
Walsh of Cummings, Georgia. and; sister Jamie Land of Grants Pass, Oregon, Sister Gayle
Freeman of Carson City, Nevada, and brother Scott Plummer of Texas. Grandkids
Cheyenne Pepper, Candice Pepper Josh Carpenter all of Hubert, Nc. Great grandson Brantley.
Many Lifelong Friends that was also Family too him.
Preceded in death by brother David Pepper, of Sonoma, California; father Joel Pepper of
Acworth, Georgia; and mother, Dorothy Brase of Camarillo, California.
A Celebration of Life will be June 1, 2024 at Red Top Mountain Picnic Shelter Site #6 from 11:00
am to when we are done. Friends are welcome to join us.
This event will be hosted by Jennifer Pepper, Debbie Pepper Reid and The White Family
