Mr. Turner was an inspector for the Tennessee Department of Transportation; he worked at the McKenzie location. He was born in Ridgely, TN on November 16, 1948, to Rufus and Birdie Mae Farris Turner.
He is survived by his son Marcus (Cristel) Turner of McKenzie, two sisters Jane Baker of Detroit, MI and Elizabeth Wilson of Paris, TN and three grandchildren Dalton Barger, Rebecca Houck and Matthew Turner.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Ann Pybylo and Doris Wojnar and brother Riley Turner.
