Dante, age 92, on December 14, 2022, of Drexel Hill, PA.
Dante A. DiGaetano was born on September 18, 1930, to Carolina and Gaetano DiGaetano in Philadelphia, PA. He served in the Air Force and eventually started his own residential and commercial construction company, which flourished into a career in governmental contracts. He retired young, in his late 50s, but kept busy throughout the rest of his life. He was always very social and surrounded himself with friends and loved ones.
Dante loved working with wood and getting his hands dirty. In the pass few weeks, he created personal rocking horses as Christmas gifts. Dante enjoyed all his wooden projects and giving them to people to put a smile on their face.
Danny predeceased by his parents, Carolina Minora and Gaetano Digaetano, and his two brothers, John and Luigi.
He is survived by two nieces, Joanne Paul and Janet Henderson, and their families, including spouses Stephen Paul and Lou Henderson, children Michael Paul and Kristen Taber (Joanne) and Tim Henderson and Lisa Henderson (Janet), and Joann'e four grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to visitation Tuesday, December 20th 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM followed by a Funeral Service in the Main Chapel 11:30 AM at D'Anjolell Memorial Home of Broomall 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
