Daphne Smith Obituary
Daphne was born on February 2, 1967, to the late Wanda West Andrews and Joseph David "Skeeter" Smith. She grew up in Callahan, Florida, where she enjoyed playing softball, a passion that shaped her resilient spirit. She spent most of her adult life in Hilliard, Florida, where she met and married Gerald Guynn, her loving husband.
Together, they raised three children, Autumn Guynn Bryant, Troy Guynn, and Harley Guynn, who were her greatest pride and joy. Daphne was also a devoted grandmother to Waylon Bryant, Nelson Bryant, and Rylee Bryant, whose presence in her life filled her with immense happiness. She is survived by her loving sister, Daveda Smith.
Daphne found peace and joy in the Tennessee mountains, where she spent treasured moments with her family. Her dog Buddy, her faithful companion, was by her side on walks through the mountains, providing comfort and companionship. Daphne's love for animals was deep, and she had a unique way of spreading kindness to everyone she met. Her playful spirit shone through in the silly songs she made up for her grandchildren and in her warm smile that could light up any room.
Daphne will be remembered for her strength, her compassion, and the unwavering love she shared with her family and friends. Her legacy of kindness, joy, and love will continue to live on through her children, grandchildren, and all who were lucky enough to know her.
