Darla Kay Moore, 62

EAST LIVERPOOL – Darla Kay Moore, of East Liverpool, passed away Monday, December 8, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Youngstown following a lengthy illness. She was 62 years old.

Born in East Liverpool, June 2, 1963, she was a daughter of Sharron Olson Wolfe of East Liverpool and the late Thomas C. Wolfe, Jr. She was a member of the East Liverpool High School Class of 1981 and later graduated from the Sawyer Airline School. For 15 years she worked in the electronics department at Walmart. Previously, she worked at Wolfe TV and Haimes Travel Agency in Steubenville.

Recently she started to golf and enjoyed every minute of it. If it was a beautiful sunny day, she would be on the golf course with her husband Mike, or her children Tim and Brandi. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. She was so proud of her son and daughter and their children. She loved being a "Nana", she adored her grandchildren and treasured every moment spent with them.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Michael S. Moore, whom she married August 2, 1986, as well as her daughter, Brandi Adkins and her husband, Marco, of Boardman, and Timothy Moore and his wife, Kendra, of Warren, Ohio, and five grandchildren, Christian Tolson, Jacob Tolson, Matthew Moore, Raylan Rose Adkins and Olive Kay Adkins. She is also survived by a sister-in-law Tammy Wolfe. She also leaves behind her fur babies, Goose, Poppy, Dexter, and Clover.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a stepson, Stephen Moore, two brothers, Thomas C. Wolfe III and Michael W. Wolfe, Sr., and a sister-in-law, Karen Eliabeth Wolfe.

Rev. Norman Eckert will conduct a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Dawson Funeral Home where friends may visit two hours prior to the service from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
