Darlene June Defibaugh

Darlene June Defibaugh, 79, of Orange Road, Radiant, died on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Johnson Willis Hospital, Richmond. She was born on September 1, 1946, in Washington, D. C., and was the daughter of the late Ernest Redden and June Ellen Milburn Windsor. She is also predeceased by a sister, Arlene Windsor; a brother, Eugene Windsor; and a great-grandchild, Marlee Diaz.

She is survived by a daughter, Candy Barrett and husband Gary of Radiant; a son, Robert Dale Thompson of Hopewell; four grandchildren, Tony Barrett and wife Sarah, Teresa Kelley, Tracey Diaz and husband Alex, and Robert Dale Thompson Jr; six great grandchildren Kirsten Barrett, Brooke Barrett, Joseph Barrett, Jordan Karnes, Linda Lou Spinks, and Elena Diaz; a brother Michael Windsor; and three sisters, her twin Marlene Hutchinson, Carol Pratt; and Joyce Rash.

A memorial funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the Preddy Funeral Home Orange Chapel.
