EHARDT, DARLENE JANE of Oxford, MI; Peacefully passed at age 77; Devoted daughter of Jesus, loving wife of Tom for 56 years, cherished mother of Ralene (Joe) Serra and Renee (Jim) Cole. Beloved grandmother of Julia Serra, Cameron Cole, and Joseph Serra. Loving sister, aunt, cousin, and friend of many. Darlene was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church community in Lake Orion. Darlene loved being by the ocean, spending time laughing with family and friends, and cheering on her grandchildren at their sporting events. Lovingly instructed many through her swim and water fitness classes and volunteered at the Oxford Pregnancy Center. She will be remembered by her infectious smile, generous spirit, and unwavering faith. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 715 N Lapeer Road, Lake Orion. The family will receive family and friends on Monday, October 14, 2024, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Modetz Funeral Home Silverbell Chapel Orion, 100 East Silverbell Road, Orion. Rosary on Monday at 7:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to Oxford Pregnancy Center.
