Darlene C. Krause, age 66 passed away Tuesday morning, August 20, 2024, in Arcadia, Florida. She was born December 24, 1957, in Campbell County, Kentucky to Troy C, Adams and Shirley Ann Meadows. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church.
Darlene enjoyed crafting, spending time with her family, art, painting, and playing cards and games with her grandchildren. Her family will remember her as a caring, loving, witty and faithful woman.
She is survived by her loving husband Terry Wayne Krause, her children Shirley Maria Carrillo from Port Charlotte, Florida, Troy (Sonia) Carrillo from Arcadia, Florida, Donny Carrillo from Los Angeles, California, Christopher Carrillo from Cape Coral, Florida, Magen (Mathew) Morales from Port Charlotte, Florida and Allyson (Cody) Martell from Fort Myers, Florida, siblings James Adams, Melvin Adams, David Adams, Laura Adams, and Selina Alligood, and grandchildren Sydney Hoffmeier, Kirra Hoffmeier, Troy Carrillo Jr., Brayden Oman, Everley Morales, Caiden Carrillo, Dawsyn Morales, Lyla Martell, James Martell, Lanee Oman, and Jacob Oman, along with thirteen nieces and six nephews.
Darlene is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Michael Adams, Darell Adams, and sisters Sheila Carmichael, and Vicky Adams.
Services will be held Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 11am at Ponger Kays Grady Funeral Home in Arcadia.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
