Darlene Martha Quinney

Darlene Martha Quinney, 92, of Peterborough, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026, at Community Hospital in Peterborough.

She was born on February 16, 1933, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of the late Grover C. Reece and Hazel (Franklin) Reese.

Darlene was a devoted housewife who found joy in life's simple pleasures. She especially enjoyed reading, crocheting, knitting, and baking for her family. Her home was a place of warmth, comfort, and care, and she took great pride in nurturing those around her.

She is survived by her brother, Donald Reece; her children: Terri and her husband Rick Bourgeois of North Carolina, Sharon Quinney of Pennsylvania, Scotty Quinney and his wife Kim of Maine, Georgia Carroll of Virginia, Helen and her husband Robert Paisley of Georgia, BK Quinney of Nashua, New Hampshire, Ellie Quinney of Stoddard, New Hampshire, Pam and her husband Kelly Hardin of Washington, Tom Quinney and his wife Jane of Manchester, New Hampshire, and Debra McDonald of Peterborough, New Hampshire. She is also lovingly remembered by her 41 grandchildren and 54 great-grandchildren.

Darlene's legacy lives on through the many lives she touched with her kindness, patience, and unwavering love for her family.
