Darlene J. "Dolly" Skatell, 88, of Trafford, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, in Transitions Healthcare in North Huntingdon. Dolly was born on Sept. 9, 1937, in Lawrenceville, the daughter of the late Joseph and Laura (Heinz) Nowicki. Dolly retired from the Penn-Trafford School District after working as a teacher's aide for 25 years. She was a member of the St. Regis Church in Trafford. In addition to her parents, Dolly was preceded in death by her children, Michael Skatell and Debra "Debbie" (Skatell) Wehner. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Robert Skatell; her brother, Joseph Nowicki, of Phoenix, AZ; and nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, in JOHN M. DOBRINICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 702 Seventh St. (State Route 130), Trafford, 412-372-3111.
