Darnell Leroy Carr, affectionately known as Dino, was born and raised in Newark, NJ to the late Jocelyn "Joyce" Woolridge and Leroy Workman. Darnell was married to the late Mary Martin-Carr. Darnell was loved by many and a friend to everyone! His great sense of humor and witty personality would always light up the room. Darnell was very passionate about Cooking and loved to eat. He was especially fond of his family and enjoyed spending time with them.
Darnell leaves behind his Beloved Children Aneesah Dansby, Damare Carr, Najeeyah, Najee, Nehki and Nehkiyah Miles and his Bonus Daughters Shalaia Martin and Jon-Tae Dansby. Three Grandchildren - Za'Kiyah Dansby, Quashyne Jones, and Honesti Carr and two Great Grandchildren - Kaylen and Karliany. Darnell's Beloved Siblings – Desiree' Young (Timothy), Robbie Carr (Shawn), Jocelyn Clanton (Timothy), Jeffrey Carr and Stepbrother Leroy Workman Jr. His Grandmother Irene Stewart and a host of Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends.
