Darol Todd

Darol Todd, 82, of Stanford, KY passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Stanford Crossing. Born on October 17, 1943 in Waynesburg, KY to the late Frederick "Fred" Todd and Josephine Skidmore.
Darol was a workaholic, thriving in the bustle of activity, always fixing, trading, or selling something. He was a master of his craft, with the ability to barter and trade goods-"horse trading," as he would fondly refer to it. He found joy and satisfaction in his work, whether it was nurturing his farm or scouring flea markets for hidden treasures. Darol's purpose was his steadfast dedication to his work and the people around him.
In his professional life, Darol showcased the same dedication and commitment. He retired from Keebler in Cincinnati, OH, after 25 years of service. After moving to Lincoln County in 2003, he became a respected cattle farmer, raising Angus cattle for 23 years.
Survivors include his loving wife, Louise Jent Todd; three sons, David Todd (Becky) of Hereford, AZ, Brian Todd (Kimberly) of Spartanburg, SC and Ricky Todd of Cincinnati, OH; two siblings, Carol Parker of Cincinnati and Patilda Barak of Richmond, VA; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and one sibling, Sidney Harold Todd.
A private family burial will be held at a later date.
