Darran A. Moore, 53
SHELBYVILLE

Darran A. Moore, age 53, of Shelbyville, died Dec. 31, 2025. He had been a car detailer at Shine On Your Time. He loved watching movies and his favorite TV shows were Sanford & Son and Good Times. Darran was "down to earth", sweet, conscientious, funny and got along with everyone. For several years, Darran attended 2nd Christian Church in Lawrenceburg.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Moore and Clifforda Cunningham Moore. He is survived by his daughters, Brianna Moore and Ashlyn Moore (Deonte Alexander); his son, Britt Moore; six grandchildren; and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held Jan. 5, at 5 p.m. at the Shannon Funeral Home. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Monday.
The family would like to express their thanks for all the help they have received from the U of L Hospital in Shelbyville, the Shelby County EMS, and the Shelby County Coroner, Jeff Ivers.
