BROOKSVILLE — Darrell Eugene Cooper, 86, passed away Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025.
He was born on Jan. 28, 1938, to the late Ralph and Julia (Welch) Cooper.
He is survived by his wife, Carol (Dusing) Cooper. He is also survived by two daughters, Lysa Cooper of Southgate, Ky. and Mendy (Billy) Cave; four grandchildren, Eythan Cooper, Will Cave, Makenzie Cave, and Dylan Cooper; two brothers, David Cooper and Gary Cooper; four sisters, Mary Teegarden, Phyllis Martin, Janet Tucker, and Joetta Cooper.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Aydan Cooper.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. on Monday at Fairview Christian Church. Burial will be at Sharon Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11 - 1 p.m. on Monday at the church.
Memorials may be made to Fairview Christian Church.
