He was born on December 22, 1957, in Dallas, Texas to Thurman Leach & Maureen Dyess. Darrell had a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and loved Indian arts & crafts.
He is survived by his children: Jeremy Wade Martin of Corsicana, Tara Leach, and Joshua Wade Leach, sister; Rhonda Leach Ferrer and husband Ricardo as well as his nephews David Ray, Ryan Ferrer, Ricardo "Bubba" Ferrer Jr, and niece Donnase Sanchez. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Darrell was preceded in death by his parents Thurman D. Leach and Maureen Dyess
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
