Darrell E. Prough left this earth to go home to his Lord and savior Jesus Christ on December 5, 2025, surrounded by his three children.
Darrell was born on September 8, 1949, in Indiana. He graduated from Lyons Township High School in LaGrange, IL in 1968. He worked at a drugstore making deliveries and stocking shelves. He worked at a T.V. manufacturer, a post office and then a bank. He married S. Yvette Breausche on April 6, 1974. They had three children, Hannah, Sarah & Aaron. They then moved to Wisconsin where he milked cows, farmed and helped at a vet clinic. He then started working at Inland Printing Co. in La Crosse where he worked for many years printing beer labels. He finished his career at Kohl & Madden mixing ink. He lived in Trempealeau and Galesville for many years. He was the sweetest, most caring man who was always thinking of others before himself. He enjoyed listening to Bob Uecker and was a St Louis Cardinals fan as well as a Packer fan.
He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Yvette; sister, Linda; three children; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren who all loved him dearly. He loved his whole family dearly. He was the best son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather ever. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. This world was a much better place with him in it.
