Darren Reynolds Obituary

Darren Charles Reynolds, age 58, of Morganton, Georgia, passed away suddenly May 23, 2025, at the Blue Ridge Medical Center.
Darren was born to the late Junior and Geneva Morris Reynolds, July 25, 1966. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother that did not survive birth and his beloved sister, Debbie Dillinger.
Darren was a member of Epworth First Baptist Church. He was a fiercely devoted father and husband. If you knew Darren, you knew that he was a caring person that was willing to reach out to help others.
Darren had a servant's heart that marked his true identity. He was a craftsman when it came to carpentry and was known as one that could do just about anything. He was a go-to man for anything you might need. He enjoyed traveling extensively and always found pleasure in taking cruises or camping with his loved ones and friends.
He proudly served surrounding communities as a firefighter and EMT to protect lives and property. He retired from Hall County Fire Services and went on to work as a bus driver for the Fannin County School System. As a bus driver, he manifested his servant's heart in always remembering the students that rode his bus with a cupcake on their birthday and even provided a pizza party for his students on the final day of school. His kindness always shone through to others, which will be treasured in fondest memories.
Darren is survived by his wife, Page Hensley Reynolds; daughter, Amy (Kellen) Reynolds; brother, David (Hope) Reynolds; brother-in-law, Junior Dillinger, brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Kim Hensley aunts and uncles that were raised with Darren and loved as siblings, Linda (Steve) Chambers, Raymond (Becky) Morris, Bobby Morris, Loretta (the late Rev. Harold) Weeks, Tommy (Wanda) Morris, the late Ella Mae Heaton, James Harvey Morris and the late Winford Morris. Many other extended family members and friends also survive.
Funeral services are scheduled to be held Friday, May 30, 2025, at 11 a.m. from the Cochran-McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Blue Ridge, Georgia with Dr. Tom Jordan and the Rev. Charlie Wellham officiating. Music will be shared by the Rev. Doug Simonds and Becky Harris. Family prayer will be given by the Rev. Shane Stephenson.
