Obituary of Darrin K Kaderka
Darrin K. Kaderka, 52, of Johnstown, CO passed away unexpectedly, on Saturday January 7, 2023.
Darrin was born on March 22, 1970, in Burbank, California to Bruce K. Kaderka and Sharon L. (Nolen) Kaderka. Darrin graduated from Rampart High School in Colorado Springs before attending Colorado State University and earning a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology in 1994.
Darrin lived in California before moving to Colorado at the age of 5, making Colorado Springs his home before making his move to Fort Collins to attend college where he later met the love of his life, Jennifer (Denton) Kaderka. They were married shortly after college and began their beautiful journey together as husband and wife on June 25 1994. Darrin and Jennifer shared their life with their three children who will forever remember him by his favorite whiskey Canadian Mist, Cherry Bomb Scout soap, Nautica cologne and of course his wonderful smell of auto shop.
He was well known for being a big family man, always putting his family first. This did not stop him from being a father figure to anyone else who needed one as he had a big heart and always looked at the positive in just about everyone he met. His work as an Automotive Tech at Bullhide 4x4 in Fort Collins allowed him to do just that. He always worked for the customer no matter what. He was loved and respected by many customers and colleagues he'll be truly missed.
Darrin loved nature. He had a big love for the mountains where he spent a lot of his free time camping, four wheeling and snowmobiling. He enjoyed working on cars and any time he could get to spend with his family.
Darrin was preceded in death by his father Bruce Kaderka and sister Christi Clopton. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; his children: Zachary Kaderka, Patrick Kaderka, and Alexandra Kaderka along with his future son-in-law Sean McCaffrey and Darrin's only grandbaby Oliver McCaffrey. He is also survived by his mother Sharon Kaderka, brother, Mike Kaderka and sister-in-law, Kathy Kaderka.
