Darrow Bedor

Darrow Bedor of Neenah, WI, age 71, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2026.

Darrow was an avid bow hunter and fisherman who found great joy in the outdoors. Whether he was in the woods during bow season or casting a line on the river during the walleye run, those moments brought him peace and happiness throughout his life and lots of trophies to show off.

He grew up in the New London area and graduated from Shiocton High School. Darrow spent 40 dedicated years working at Neenah Foundry, where he built a career through hard work and commitment. After retiring early at the age of 58, he enjoyed a quieter pace of life and more time doing the things he loved.

Darrow is survived by his children, Jeremy (Karri) Bedor of Appleton, Jessica (Leonard) Billings of Fremont, and Lindsay (Ben) Alberg. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Brandon Kolgen, Tyler Bedor, Deven Bedor, Derek Bedor, Jayden Kolgen, Isla Alberg, and Georgia Alberg. He is further survived by his siblings, David (Sandy) Bedor of New London, Dean (Carrie) Bedor of Shiocton, Gerald (Susie) Bedor of Shiocton, Gloria (Lee) Wolfgram of New London, and Kathy Farney of New London. Darrow was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald Bedor and Florence Scott, and his sister, Cindy Young.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the caring staff at ThedaCare Medical Center and Oakridge Gardens Rehab Facility for their compassion and support.

The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026, at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home in New London, with Rev. Blake Soto officiating. The visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Floral Hill Cemetery.
