John Quaintance Obituary
John loved Mickey Mouse, doing dishes, laundry, and fishing. Most of all, he loved everyone.
John is survived by his sisters, Sissy Diana (Michael) Rader, Betty (Ron) Spruce, Lois (Jerry) Boelter, and Ruth Wolf; his brother, Mark Quaintance; favorite nieces and nephew, Nichole (Josh) Laughlin, Jennifer (Frank) Wodowski, and Kyle Tiegs; favorite great niece and nephew, Brantley and Josslyn; and one special nephew, Jeffrey Quaintance. He is further survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews; and other relatives and friends.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Adrian and Norma (Schultz) Quaintance; his brothers, Daniel Quaintance, William Quaintance, Richard Quaintance, Adrian Paul Quaintance, and his sisters, Helen Massey and Dorothy Young.
The family would like to thank Cahoots Manawa Group Home for taking care of John and also the first responders and Officer Schaffer for being there working on John.
The Funeral Service for John will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home, with Rev. Chuck Thompson officiating. The visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in the Town of Maine.
