Daryl Wright, 64, died Wednesday, December 17, 2025 in Farmington. He was born to Joe and Kathleen Wright March 29, 1961 in Farmington, NM.
He was preceded in death by both parents, and his wife of 41 years, Bernice Wright. He is survived by two children, Jared Wright of Durango, CO, and Janessa Velasquez (Matthew) of Farmington, two brothers, Michael (Becky) Wright of Forest Grove, OR., Tim (Nancy) Wright of Orlando, FL., and two grandchildren, Charlotte and Josephine.
Daryl married his one true love, Bernice, in 1980. He worked in the oil field industry, in and around the Four Corners area, for 40 years before retiring. Daryl loved his family and lived for his granddaughters. He and his wife loved to ride their motorcycles and enjoyed traveling the country and seeing new places.
He was a private person and requested to have his ashes spread alongside his wife's at a service with family. Cremation has taken place.
