Daunice Virginia Glatz, 51, of Massillon, passed away on September 30, 2025 at Cleveland Clinic / Mercy Hospital.
She was born on May 26, 1974 to the late Rev. Dr. David K. and Marlis (McBride) Jones in Longview, WA.
She received her bachelors degree from Point Pleasant Wesleyan Holiness Bible College. Daunice served as a missionary with Evangelical Bible Missions. She was employed by Cracker Barrel. She had a beautiful voice and loved to sing. She loved her six dogs. Daunice was a compassionate, caring and gentle soul. Although she was a shy person, she was very warm and easy to talk with. She was dedicated to God and family.
Daunice is survived by her loving husband, Philip G. Glatz, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Kemberly Jones; uncle, Reo McBride; and maternal grandparents, Verald and Virginia McBride; and paternal grandparents, Glenn and Audrey Jones.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, 10:30 am at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon, Ohio, with Rev. Rodney McBride and Rev. John Troyer, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville, Ohio.
