Glen G. Snyder, 89, of Navarre, Ohio, passed away March 17, 2026. He was born on March 11, 1937 in Navarre to the late Gilbert G. and Mildred M. Snyder.
Glen worked at Matlack as a mechanic for 30 years until his retirement. He enjoyed farming, fixing things and spending time with his grandchildren. He also had a great love for dogs.
Glen is preceded in death by his wife, Joanne; son, Glen G. Snyder Jr.; and siblings, Gerry Snyder and Marvella Provost.
He is survived by his children, Donald (Linda) Snyder, William (Tanya) Snyder, and Mary Jane (Jon) Elkins; daughter-in-law, Vonda Snyder; sister-in-law Joan Snyder; grandchildren, Diane (Dave) Snyder, Amanda (Emily) Snyder, Laura (Tyler) Osborne, David (Stephanie) Snyder, Jamie Snyder, and Jenny (Brian) Miller; great-grandchildren, Blake, Olivia, Levi, Madison, Cain, and Chase.
A private burial will take place at Union Lawn Cemetery, Navarre, Ohio.
