David Abdinoor Obituary
A distinguished veterinary orthopedic surgeon, Dave dedicated his life to the well-being of animals. Beyond the operating room, he was a former member of the Bozeman Sunrise Rotary Club. An ardent reader and crossword enthusiast, his intellectual curiosity knew no bounds. His positivity was constant in good times and challenging. Dave found solace in the tranquility of fly fishing, embraced the thrill of competitive trap shooting, and showcased his finesse on the pickleball court with his generous nature and big smile earning him the nickname "Nice Dave".
Family was paramount to Dave. He is loved and mourned by his daughter, Dana, his son, Daniel, his partner, Coreen Malone, and his siblings Robert, Philip, Arthur, Juin, and Michael. He is predeceased by his brother, Jerald. His legacy also lives on through the countless lives he touched, both two-legged and four-legged.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to Yellowstone Forever. His energetic spirit and active life will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
No services are immediately planned. The family will notify loved ones in the future when a celebration of Dave's life is scheduled. May he rest in peace, forever casting his line in the rivers of the great beyond.

David and I worked together for many years and were friends for even longer. He was a talented surgeon and would always be willing to teach and educate people with his extensive knowledge and experience. We enjoyed skiing and playing trivial pursuit, going to movies and dinner together. He was a kind and generous friend. I will miss you dearly, my friend. May your casts be fruitful in the river of peace you so deserve.

This is such sad news, he was an amazing surgeon and a great friend. I will continue working on our list of 100 Greatest Rock and Roll Songs, Dr Omnivore, I hope when we meet up again you have a few more to add.
