It has been over eight months since the Lord called you Home, dear David. Though your presence is no longer visible to my eyes, I still feel the warmth of your gaze, hear the quiet wisdom in your thoughts, and cherish the countless treasures we shared over our 53 years together.
Each day brings decisions I must face without you-my trusted sounding board, my partner in every moment. I miss sharing the simple joys: the playful scratches from our sweet Westies, your steady companionship on grocery runs, and the comfort of your presence in the rhythm of daily life.
One lifetime was not enough for us, my beloved David. The love we built endures, woven into every breath I take, every memory I hold. You are deeply missed, and forever loved.

David was a great friend to a young man coming up in the oilfield. Always willing to help, offer advice, or just listen. I have many great memories of the time we spent together. The shared jokes at Mikes Bush´s expense in the welding shop. It was a privilege to call you friend.
You are missed Sir.

I cherish the memories of growing up with Dave and knowing him as one of my very best friends in my life. His memory I will never forget. Rest in peace up there Dave. I'll see you in the future.
