With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of David and Dianne Cleveland, devoted husband and wife, who left this world just weeks apart. Their loss is deeply felt by all who had the privilege to know and love them.

David passed peacefully on September 12, 2025, and Dianne followed on October 1, 2025, only one day after her 66th birthday. Though their earthly journey has ended, their love story continues as a testament to a life well-lived together, side by side.

David and Dianne built a life centered on what they treasured most: family. Their home was a place of warmth, laughter, and selfless giving, where everyone was welcomed, and no one ever left empty-handed, or empty-hearted. Their devotion to family, friends, and their community was unwavering, and they gave of themselves generously, never expecting anything in return.

Dianne had a heart made for helping others. She gave her time and energy as a dedicated volunteer at Visions Clubhouse and CNS, always ready to lend a hand, a listening ear, or a kind word. She lived by the quiet principle that the best way to lead is through service, and she did so with grace and humility. She was a giver in every sense; empathetic, compassionate, and endlessly thoughtful.

David had a deep love for classic cars, and could often be found at car shows, talking shop and sharing stories. He was a passionate sports fan who cheered year after year for the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Detroit Lions, and the University of Michigan. Win or lose, he stood by his teams with loyalty and pride. His sense of humor, steadfast spirit, and easy smile made him a beloved presence in every room.

Together, David and Dianne were famous for being the ultimate Christmas gifters, somehow always managing to finish all their holiday shopping by September. Their gifts, much like their love, were thoughtful and personal, always reflecting how well they knew and cherished each person in their lives.

To lose them both in such a short span of time is an immeasurable heartbreak. Yet there is comfort in knowing they are together, as they were in life. The legacy they leave behind is one of kindness, generosity, and unwavering love, a legacy that will live on in the hearts of their family, friends, and all those they touched.

David and Dianne Cleveland will be deeply missed, but their spirit will continue to shine through the lives they shaped, the love they gave, and the memories they leave behind. They were, and always will be, deeply loved.
