David is survived by his Wife: Vicky Lynn Ashley; Son: Jeremy David Ashley; Daughter: Jessica Lynn (Nick) Hall; Granddaughter: Khloe Grace Hall; Special Friends: Gary Short, Avery Shrum, Thomas Bentley, Edgel Slone
Brothers & Sisters: Karen, Jenn, Mona, Peggy, Sharon, Donna, Doris, John, Bruce, Alan & Darrell.
David is preceded in passing by Parents: Carlos & Juanita Ashley.
The family will receive friends Sunday September 28, 2025, from 6PM-10PM with service at 6PM with Ronnie Robinson, Johnny Watson, Mikey Slone and Blake Keene officiating and continue all day Monday September 29, 2025, with service at 6PM with Curtie Hall, Bobby Slone, and Deffort "Honeybun" Thornsberry officiating at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday September 30, 2025, at 1PM at the funeral home chapel with Kelly Slone, Roger Hicks and Theodore Slone officiating. Burial will follow at the Mountain Memory Gardens in Hindman, KY. David will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Under the professional care of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, Hindman Chapel.
