David Bastl Obituary
Age 86, of Manor Boro, formerly of North Huntingdon passed away Thursday, January 1, 2026 in the comfort of his home. David was born on October 9, 1939 in Pittsburgh, PA to Frank and Ozene (Moubray) Bastl. He is survived by his beloved spouse of 59 years to Diane (Russell) Bastl; loving daughter, Kristine Bastl; two brother in laws, Charles and Francis Russell, and nieces, Lisa and Tammy Russell. David was a past president of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers of Pittsburgh and very active in the Manor Lions Club. In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family. Private arrangements by Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City (724-744-2721). Memorial contributions may be made to the Westmoreland County Blind Association, 911 South Main St., Greensburg, PA 15601 or online at www.wcbainpa.org.
