David “Bobby” Ray Teems, 76, of Ringgold, GA, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Bobby was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and man of faith. He loved the Lord, his family, and his church deeply. A family man through and through, Bobby’s greatest joy in life came from time spent with those he loved most. He was a faithful member of Catoosa Baptist Tabernacle, where he found great strength and purpose in his faith and fellowship.
Bobby retired from Shaw Industries after a long career of dedicated service. Known for his warm heart, strong work ethic, and steadfast love for his family, he leaves behind a legacy of devotion, kindness, and unwavering faith.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 58 years, Sandy Teems; daughter, Stacy (Howard) Barnwell; sons, Tommy Teems and Michael (Emilee) Teems; sister, Helen Key; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Tyler, Michaela (Blake), Hannah, Dalton, Eli, Katie, and Sophia; and great-grandchildren, Gracie, Bryson, Allie, and Paisley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Betty Norman Teems; sister, Sherry Teems; and brothers, Charles Teems, Jr., and Marshall Teems.
