David John Boshea Jr.

Dave J. Boshea, Jr., age 62, of Naperville, IL, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. He was born on April 2, 1962, in Bronxville, NY.
Dave's early years were filled with adventure as his family moved frequently, living in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and Michigan. During his marriage, he continued this journey, relocating from Michigan to Connecticut, then to Maryland, where his children were born, before eventually settling back in Illinois.
A passionate golfer, Dave found joy on the course and was a devoted fan of Michigan State football and basketball-Go Spartans!
He graduated from Grand Ledge High School in Grand Ledge, Michigan, in 1980 and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from Central Michigan University in the spring of 1985.
Dave was full of life, known for his infectious laugh, warm smile, and ability to connect with people. He loved deeply and lived fully, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew him.
He is survived by his ex-wife, Julie (née Koorndyk) Boshea; his two beloved daughters, Ashley Boshea and Stephanie Boshea; his brother, Bob (Angelica) Boshea; sisters, Susan Giblin and Judy (Rich) Carlson; his aunt, Nancy Spear; niece, Jennifer Carlson; nephews, David, Dan, and Matthew Giblin, and Jon Carlson; along with many cherished friends.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents, David J. Boshea, Sr., and Caroline E. Boshea.
A Visitation celebrating David's Life will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m. at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory, 24021 Royal Worlington Drive, Naperville. Interment will be private.
