David W. Cullins, 84, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on September 23, 2025.

He was born on January 21, 1941, in Rison, to Levelle and Mary Simmons Cullins.

He was a member of the Assembly of God in Rison.

David started working at an early age and later became the owner and operator of his own carpet, tile, and wood floor business.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Charles Cullins, Curtis Cullins, Odis Cullins, and a sister, Ellen Harrington.

Survivors include his children, Paula Cullins of Pine Bluff, Charlene Hoffman (Brian) of Hickory Creek, Texas, David L. Cullins (Veronica) of Pine Bluff; grandchildren, Antonio Aaron of Searcy and Dillon Cullins of Star City.

A Memorial visitation will be held Sunday, September 28, 2025, 2 to 4 p.m. in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son.
