Mr. David Everett, age 65, of the Egypt Community, died Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Marshall Medical Center South.
A funeral service will be held at two o'clock pm on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, in the McRae Chapel with Bro. Norman “Butch” Suddath officiating. Interment will follow in the Morton Chapel Cemetery. A visitation will be on Tuesday evening, September 23, 2025, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Everett was born in Duluth, Georgia on April 12, 1960, to Jerry Reed Everett and Joyce Bagwell Doster. He was a retired general contractor.
Mr. Everett is survived by his wife: Tonya Everett of Boaz, Daughters: Lisa Everett Ayers & Chad of Georgia, Dana Everett Gaddy & Mitchell of Georgia and Lacey & Alucius Freeman of Albertville, Kim Thomas and Amy Kimbrell of Georgia, Son: Corey Thompson of Boaz, Step-sons: Dustin Bunch & Jacob Bunch both of Boaz, Step-daughter: Rachel Zeigler of Albertville, 20 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, Brother: Mark Doster & Shannon of Georgia, Sister: Stacey Miller and Neil of Georgia, Step-father: Tommy Doster and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Jerry Reed Everett and Joyce Everett Doster, Brother: Robert Scott Everett and Sister: Connie Everett Finn.
Pallbearers will be Blaze Ayers, Jacob Bunch, Gabe Friar, Tony Nix, Kelly Sandifer, and Conner Thompson.
