David D. Evert

Penfield: Wednesday, March 4th, 2026 at the age of 80. David is predeceased by his parents, Donald and Genevieve Evert. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sharon (Remacle) Evert; his brothers, Richard (Cathy) and William (Connie) Evert; several nieces, nephews and cousins. David was in the Army Reserves during the Vietnam War. He was a 37 year retiree of the City of Rochester as their Director of Recreation. He was a loving husband to Sharon and will be missed by all.

Family and friends are welcome Friday, March 6th from 4-7pm at the Profetta Funeral Chapel 1650 Empire Blvd. David's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 7th, 11am at Church of the Holy Spirit. Entombment will follow at White Haven Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Al Sigl Center 1000 Elmwood Ave. Rochester, NY 14620 or to Lollypop Farm 99 Victor Rd. Fairport, NY 14450.
