David Ray Fields, born in Oneta, Oklahoma on February 1st, 1960, child of Billy and Hazel Fields. David passed away at the age of 63 on Sunday, April 30th, 2023 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
David was a very dedicated and hardworking man, he spent over 40 years working in the construction industry, framing, growing communities and helping to build family dreams. David's drive for his work and his kids was exceptional. He will be cherished by his daughter, Ralea Fields and stepchildren, Jared and Joe Batterson, along with his love Heather Wright and her 3 children, Ethan, Tristan, and Mary. David leaves behind his 4 sisters and brother who will always have a special place in his heart.
David is the youngest of 11 children, they all played a very paramount role in his upbringing. The memories and love they have together will be cherished for a lifetime. He was always enthusiastic when it came to being outdoors with family, friends and just nature. Whether that was hunting with his nephew or fishing with his brother. You could almost always find him outside. David would find himself inside watching the latest football game or WWE wrestling match when he thought it would be as good as being outside!
To honor and remember David's life and the love and impact he had on everyone around him, a memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Haikey Creek Park, 11327 S. Garnett Road, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74011.
