David W. Flood, born on January 21, 1948, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, was the beloved son of Suelene Todd and Truman Flood. Throughout his life, David brought warmth and dedication to all he did, especially during his career as a purchasing manager at Robbie Manufacturing. Outside of work, he cherished time spent at the bowling alley, his favorite pastime, where he made lifelong friends and countless fond memories.
David was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Glenda, whom he held close in his heart.
He leaves behind a family who adored him deeply: his devoted wife, Cyndi Flood; daughters, Desiree Evans and Jodi Stanton; sons, Wade Flood (Melissa) and Brian Flood (Julie); three cherished grandsons, Tristan Flood, Kai Flood, and Quentin Stanton; and three beloved granddaughters, Lia Stanton, Ryleigh Flood, and Lydia Evans.
Earlier this year, David faced a difficult diagnosis of mouth cancer with courage and resilience. Despite a challenging surgery and rounds of chemotherapy and radiation, he maintained his quiet strength. When the cancer returned more aggressively, David bravely bore the pain, surrounded by loved ones. He spent his final days at St. Luke's Hospice House, where he peacefully passed away on October 26, 2024.
David's warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for his family will be forever missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Brian, wade, Desiree and Jodi I'm very sorry for the loss of your Dad He was an awesome Uncle to me growing up especially when him and I both lived in Granny's house together. He helped me out in so many ways and was always very kind to me. He had a big influence on me becoming the man I am today. He had the biggest heart and was always generous with whatever he had. I will cherish the great memory's I have of my Uncle Dave.
