David E. "Dave" Gadd

David E. Gadd, age 80, of Uniontown, PA, passed away at home Thursday, March 12, 2026
surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 5, 1945 in Columbus, OH, son of the
late William E. Gadd and Elizabeth "Libby" Gadd.
Dave was a 1963 graduate of North Union High School. He received his four-year degree from
Washington and Jefferson College in Psychology. Dave worked as an educator in the
Connellsville Area School District for forty years before his retirement. He was a member of
PSEA., Fayette County Retired Educators and Asbury United Methodist Church of Uniontown.
Left to cherish Dave's memory are his dedicated wife of forty years, Pamela Pritts Gadd;
daughters, Samantha Gadd of Chicago, IL and Kathryn Gadd of Pittsburgh, PA.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the FERGUSON-BROWNFIELD FUNERAL HOME
AND CREMATORY, INC., 78 Main Street, Smithfield, PA. A private service will be held for
the family at a later date.

Uniontown, PA 15401.
