Terry Lee Meadows

Terry Lee Meadows, age 67, of Smithfield, PA, passed away Friday, January 16, 2026 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. He was born October 17, 1958 in Uniontown, PA, son of Howard Meadows and Edna Wolfe Meadows. In addition to his parents, Terry is preceded in death by a brother, Denny Meadows.

He worked a fabricator, welder and dry-waller for many years. that he loved spending time with his dog. He also enjoyed working on cars and going to car shows and would never turn down a pumpkin pie.

Left to cherish Terry memory are his wife, Melissa Dice Meadows; nieces, Jani Meadows and husband James Machinia of Masontown and Shelley Meadows and husband Nick Foster of Erie, PA; brother, Bill Meadows of Smithfield;Barbara Meadows as sister in law and several cousins.

Arrangements have been entrusted to FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME OF SMITHFIELD, 78 MAIN ST, SMITHFIELD, PA. where family and friends will be received on Tuesday, January 20th from 11 AM until 1 PM followed by a service to celebrate Terry's life at 1PM with Pastor Bob Miller officiating. Interment will be private.
