Clyde was born on September 30, 1946, in Stearns, Kentucky, the son of Clyde and Rachel Meadows, Sr.
Clyde is survived by his wife, Sheila Meadows; sons, Rick Meadows and Bruce Meadows; grandchildren, Janice (Casey) Cox, Hunter (Carson) Meadows, Spencer (Ashley) Meadows, Maverick Meadows, Case Meadows, and Murphy Meadows; great-grandchildren, Rylin Kyzer, Jytan, and Tanzie.
Clyde was preceded in death by his parents.
There are no public services being planned at this time.
All arrangements are entrusted to The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel and online condolences may be left for the family at www.meeksmortuary.com
