David Allen Gall, 59 years old, peacefully passed away surrounded by his family on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at his residence in South Bend.
David was born on December 24, 1965 in Buchanan, MI to the David L and Bonnie Anne (Flinchum) Gall. David is preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Gall; and grandparents, Ralph Gall and Floyd and Edna Flinchum.
David leaves behind the love of his life, Myra Nash; children, David Stankiewicz, Nicole Stankiewicz, Jessica Gall, Christal Galindo, and Sandi Evans; brother, Timothy Gall; sister, Michele Gall; father, David L. Gall; grandmother, Jessie Gall; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
David was a true outdoorsman and had a deep connection with nature. This is where he practiced his love for his Native American Religion. His hobbies included bow hunting, fishing, camping and ice fishing. David found peace and purpose in the quiet of the woods and the stillness of the water. David's ability to build or repair anything was legendary. Whether fixing a broken piece of equipment, building a new structure, or crafting something with his hands, David had an unmatched skill for creating and fixing things.
His talent wasn't just in building, but in his willingness to help others build lives, relationships, and dreams. If anyone had a need, David was always there, ready and able to lend a hand. He was someone who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.
David was an incredibly hard worker, always putting in long hours and giving his all to every task. He taught his family and friends the value of dedication, perseverance, and the rewards of a job well done. Yet, no matter how busy he was, David always made time for those he loved, offering a listening ear or a helping hand whenever it was needed.
David leaves behind a legacy of warmth, generosity, and hard work. His love for the outdoors, his talents, and his kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
There will be a Celebration of David's Life held at a later date. St. Joseph Funeral Home will be assisting the family with arrangements.
