David Gallant Obituary
David P. Gallant, Jr., age 60, died unexpectedly at home of Sunday, December 21, 2025. He was born in Augusta, ME on April 3, 1965 a son of the late David P. and Arline M. (Poulin) Gallant, Sr.
David was a graduate of Cony High School, class of 1983 and was a long time employee at NRF Distributors. He had also worked for Statler Tissue, Allens Transfer and Quanta Group.
He was a member of the Augusta Elks and the Augusta Eagles Clubs.
David enjoyed rides on his Harley, playing horseshoes, his dogs, family and spending time in Jackman around the campfire.
Mr. Gallant is survived by his fiancée, Pamela Pomerleau; two brothers: Dan and Mike Gallant; a sister, Michelle Colwell and her husband Dean; a step-sister, Lauren Pease; his step-mother, Jean Gallant and was an Uncle to Tabbie, Cody, Owen, Julia, Natalie and Madison.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 17th from noon to 4 PM at the Augusta Elks Lodge, 397 Civic Center Dr., Augusta.
Burial will be at a later date.
