David Glazer Obituary
David was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Robert Dean and the late Beatrice (Hughes) Glazer. He graduated from Ohio State University in 1983 and was an avid Buckeye's fan. David was a lifelong member of the A.S.M.E. society. He was also a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where he was involved in the Eucharistic Ministry.
David married Karen A. Szabo in 1987 and together they raised two children, Cassandra and Samantha.
In addition to his mother, Beatrice (Hughes) Glazer, he is proceeded in death by his brother, Dean Glazer.
He is survived by his father, Robert Dean Glazer; his loving wife of 35 years, Karen (Szabo) Glazer; daughters, Cassandra (Jon) Connelly and Samantha Glazer; and grandson, Roman Connelly.
The family will greet guests on Sunday, October 23, 2022, from 2-5 PM in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home at New Philadelphia. Father Jeff Coning will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in New Philadelphia beginning at 12:30 PM on Monday, October 24, 2022. A private family burial will follow at a later time in West Lawn Cemetery at Newcomerstown, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made in David's name be directed to Sacred Heart Catholic Church 139 3 St. NE, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
