David worked many odd jobs during his life, mostly as a cab driver and at the old A&P Factory in Horseheads, New York. He was a devoted father and was overall a simple, caring, kind and loving person inside and out with a heart of gold and a genuine soul. The importance of keeping his family and loved ones together was the main thing he desirably held close to his heart. He had a strong passion for Halloween where he enjoyed building/creating his props and decorations. Alongside with the infatuation of Halloween, he enjoyed horror movies as well as other genres from all different time periods. With inspiration from his mother, he found an interest in CB radios where he got his nickname "Crackshot" by all his radio friends. Coinciding with his favorite hobbies, he enjoyed a variety of electronics varying from vintage to modern gaming systems as well as working on all sorts of desk top computers. David had many other interests including old school cars, outdoor activities such as fishing, cookouts and shooting guns. He was also a lover of astronomy, always seeking to understand the science behind it.
The family will welcome relatives and friends to David's Celebration of Life on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 at the Hibernian Center, 701 Kinyon St, Elmira, NY 14904 from 5-8pm.
