William F. "Bill" Ripley II

William Ripley II (Bill)
Age 60, left this world peacefully as the Lord called him home on November 3rd 2025. Bill Ripley was born on July 6th 1965 in Elmira, New York, the son of Kenneth E. Ripley Sr. and Donna L. Ripley. He grew up in Big Flats NY, where he developed a strong work ethic and a deep love for his family. Bill served in the United States Air Force for 10 years. Bill got married at a young age to his high school love, Cynthia L. Welch (Cindy) in 1984. This year they celebrated their 41st anniversary. Bill loved and supported his family through everything. Together Cindy and Bill raised two children: Michael Welch and Harley Ripley. Bill was a devoted father, always there to offer guidance, love, and at the least he could always provide a hearty laugh. Bill cherished his family, you could always rely on him to be at family gatherings.
Bill had many interests throughout his life, such as riding motorcycles. Bill enjoyed lawn work, spending time with his daughter and Bill deeply loved attending church on Sundays. He shared these interests with his family as they are a family of Faith. Bill was known for his sense of humor, although some may have thought it was dry, he never failed to make you laugh even in the worst moments.
Bill is survived by his loving wife Cindy his children Micheal Welch(Sabrina), Harley Ripley, and two grandchildren Aiden and Anthony Welch. Bill is also survived by his mother Donna Ripley and his mother in-law Martha Heater. As well as his siblings Tammy Hanmore (Murray Sr), Kenneth Ripley Jr (Beth), and Scott Ripley (Darlene) and numerous nieces, nephews. Due to Bill's wishes there will not be a funeral service. Although there will be no service, Bill would deeply appreciate if all of his friends and family would attend his church that he loved so much in honor of him. Although Bill is no longer with us, his spirt lives on within his family and friends and he will never be forgotten.
