David D. Harding, 73, of New Castle passed away the morning of January 19, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Chicago, IL on November 10, 1951, David was the son of the late Herbert D. and Madeline E. Sandullo Harding. David was also preceded in death by his brother Jonathan Harding and his son David Harding, Jr.
David is survived by his beloved wife of forty-nine years, Deborah McBeth Harding.
In addition to his wife, David is survived by his two daughters, Valerie Harding (Doug Myers), and Chelsea Fike, (Ryan Fike), and daughter-in-law Renee Harding. David is also survived by four grandchildren: Kylie Maine, Madison Maine, Madilyn
Harding, and Paige Harding.
David was an insurance agent of 30 years at his partnership business, Conti & Harding Insurance. David was a member of Holy Spirit Parish, former St. Joseph the Worker. He participated in the choir at St. Joseph the Worker.
David was known for his love of music and his beautiful voice. He loved to cook, hunt, golf, and bowl. David loved sports. However, David's greatest joy was spending time with his family and will be deeply missed.
Honoring David's wishes, there will be no visitation hours or services.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St.
