David was born on January 13, 1964, in Port Huron, Michigan to the late Carl and Carol Henry.
David is survived by a sister, Susan; brothers Steve and Thomas; nephews and nieces, Joe Nick, Ansley and Olivia; and his special friend and caretaker, Lisa Robelli.
He was preceded in death by his parents and very special dog, Maggie.
Cremation has taken place. A private service will take place at a later date. Funeral arrangements were trusted to Grace Memorial-Smith Chapel, 1525 Hancock Street Port Huron, Michigan.
