David Hill, born on November 12, 1961, in Cincinnati, OH, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025, at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN, surrounded by his loving family. He was 64 years old.
David was a dedicated professional who made a lasting impact at Escue and Hill Auto Parts, where he was a staple for many years. His extensive knowledge of the parts industry was unmatched, earning him respect from colleagues and customers alike. David's commitment to his work was only rivaled by his deep love for his family, a love for others and a love for the Lord.
A man of kind disposition and unwavering helpfulness, David treasured his time with loved ones. David is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Susan Benard Hill, and his daughters, Anna Beth Carraway, Emma Reese Hill, and Sara Grace Hill, whom he loved and adored. He is also survived by his sisters, Gigi Prince (John) and Kathy Henderson (Ron). David was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Phil and Mary Hill, who instilled in him a strong sense of family values and love for others.
David found immense pleasure in the great outdoors, especially the Tennessee River, where he spent many joyful hours. His passion for working on race cars was a testament to his adventurous spirit and enthusiasm for life. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, and his memory will live on through the lives he touched and the love he shared. The family has chosen cremation and there are no services scheduled at this time.
