David Allen Hix

David Allen Hix, age 49, of White Oak Road in Irvine, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025, at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond following a long illness. He was born August 28, 1975, in Madison County, and was the son of Debbie Kay Henry Hix Walling and the late Paul David "Casey" Hix. He was a Foreman for Bowlin Energy and attended the White Oak First Church of God. He had lived in Estill County all his life. He is survived by:

3 grandchildren: Eli Rhodus, Madelyn Rhodus, and Everly Means
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marvin and Della Mae Henry, and Gene and Elsie Hix.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 30, 11 AM, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Glyndon
Woosley and Bro. Larry Frymyer officiating. Burial will be at the Puckett Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6 to 9 PM.
