David Alan Hold

David Alan Hold, was born in Brenham, Texas, on September 9, 1966, to Elizabeth (Batdorf) and Nolan Hold. David passed away on July 30, 2025, surround by his family in Sugar Land. David was a long-time employee of KTRH (740 AM) radio, a ham radio enthusiast and loved rescuing animals. He is survived by his wife of twenty-six years Amanda Hold three children Katelynne Escamilla (Jose), Caleb Hold and Caden Hold, all of Rosenberg; siblings, Carol Krenzke (Fred) of Manvel, James Hold (Lupe), of Missouri City; nieces Michelle Goeke (John), of Brenham, Donna Coat (Trevor), of Guam; nephews Kevin Krenzke (Kelly), of Kingwood and Jeff Krenzke, of Seagoville and a host of great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Elizabeth and Nolan Hold, father in-law David Douglas; brother George Hold; nephew Robert Hold; son Christopher Hold and daughter Rachael Hold.
