David E. Janusz, 89, longtime resident of Windham, NH, passed away on Tuesday, July 23,
2024, He was born on November 2, 1934, to the late Edward and Amy (Bairstow) Janusz, in
Methuen, MA.
He was raised in North Andover, MA, attending local schools before graduating from Wentworth
Institute majoring in electronics, he continued his education at Lowel Technological Institute and
held a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Mass and
authored technical manuals on complex military equipment for Sanders and Lockheed Martin.
He loved musical theatre with a trip to his favorite dining spot to complete the evening David
was an avid ballroom dancer who traveled all over the country attending weeklong dance
seminars combining his love of travel and dance He loved the ocean enjoying his time on
many cruises and had an extensive collection of fishing equipment which he used in his quiet
times, which rarely occurred.
David a sweet and loving man is survived by his wife of 69 years, Pauline (Despres) Janusz; his
devoted daughters Suzanne Foresta and her husband Michael of Londonderry, NH, Jan Whitton
and her husband Dennis of Pelham, NH and Paula Foster and her husband David of Salem, NH;
his grandchildren Christopher Foster, Joshua Foresta and Samantha Foresta; and his great-
grandchildren Alexis Foresta, Jack Foster and Riley Foster.
Services will be privately held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to one's
personal choice.
